Is Magnetus Pro a subscription?
No. Magnetus Pro is a one-time purchase. Pay once, own it forever, no recurring charges. It unlocks every mood, every color control, gravity, prismatic blending, fine physics, and high-quality rendering.
Do I get to try Pro features before buying?
Yes. The first time you launch Magnetus, a few Pro features unlock automatically for the session — gravity, haptics, and prismatic colors — so you can feel the full experience before deciding. No card required, no sign-up.
Can I share Pro with my family?
Yes. Magnetus Pro supports Apple Family Sharing on iOS and Google Play Family Library on Android. One purchase covers up to six people.
I bought Pro but reinstalled the app — how do I get it back?
Open the settings panel (top-left circle), scroll to the bottom, and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally.
Does Magnetus need an internet connection?
No. Magnetus runs entirely on your device — no servers, no streaming, no tracking. The only time it touches the network is during purchase or restore, which is handled by Apple or Google directly.
Do you collect any personal data?
None. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, no advertising. Your settings are stored locally on your device and never leave it. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Will it drain my battery or overheat my phone?
Magnetus uses real-time GPU rendering, so it's more demanding than a static app. On most modern phones it runs cool and smooth at 60–120 fps. If you're on an older device or want longer sessions, switch the Render setting to Low or Med in the settings panel — it lightens GPU load significantly.
How do I refund my purchase?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly, not by us. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request via the Google Play Store within the eligibility window.
