These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magnetus mobile application ("the App") developed and operated by Void Sensory ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Magnetus, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Magnetus on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Magnetus offers a free version with limited features and a one-time in-app purchase ("Magnetus Pro") that unlocks all moods, colors, physics controls, and features. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription, and there are no recurring charges. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.
All content within Magnetus — including but not limited to the source code, shader programs, visual output, animations, user interface design, mood definitions, and the Magnetus name and logo — is the intellectual property of Void Sensory and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
You are free to use Magnetus for personal enjoyment, including taking screenshots or screen recordings for personal, non-commercial use such as personal social media posts, phone wallpapers, or sharing with friends. Commercial use of any visual output requires a separate license from Void Sensory.
You agree not to use Magnetus for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.
Magnetus is designed for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Void Sensory makes no claims regarding health benefits.
Magnetus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. Performance may vary depending on your device's hardware capabilities, including GPU performance and available memory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Void Sensory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to device overheating, battery drain, or data loss.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Magnetus at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Magnetus after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
